The machines deposits one layer of cream, wire-cut and extruded by a nozzle, on a “base” biscuit having its upper face down; then covers it with a second biscuit having its upper face “up” to obtain, after a light compression, a compact sandwich. The machine is completely made of anticorrosive materials, with Nickel-treatment and/or stainless steel AISI 304.
