This Hi Tech dropping machine uses a manyfold system realized by means of a system that charges the exact amount of cream at each deposit cycle trough pneumatic system.

This cream is distributed on the molds of the tray by means of an head in pressure until the time of dropping of the cream trough a steel perforated plate.

This is placed under the head and run the deposit by downloading the pressure centering its holes with the nozzles deposit.

The machine is equipped with moving up - down and forward - back with a guaranteed system for 10,000 km of axial movements.

The movements and the pneumatic system  in operation are controlled by plc.
