This line consist of the batter preparation, feeding system with closed-loop conveyors with depositor, cyclothermic wide oven, detacher, packing, Control and Wiring System.

On the return branch of the trays, after the depanning of the cookies, are placed specific machines for cleaning, oiling and sprinkling of flour the trays, thus preparing the line for another full cycle of work.
