These lines are often custom tailored made.

We can provide a wide variety of industrial lines for products formed with very soft dough deposited on the steel band conveyor inside the tunnel oven such as:

• Extruded, dropped and wire cut, Sponge.

OR

• Dropped cakes on trays for products formed with batter (homogeneous mixture of ingredients incorporating air)

In these last cases, depending on the specific product, the conveyor inside the tunnel oven can be made of heavy steel wire mesh or with chains and steel shutters.
